Why your website is not generating enquiries
A polished website can still fail commercially. When visitors do not call, message or submit a form, there is usually a break in the decision journey.
1. The offer is unclear
Visitors should quickly understand what you do, who you help and where you work. Replace broad claims with a specific service, audience and next step.
2. There is not enough proof
Use checkable evidence: named case studies, permissioned reviews, original project photography, accreditations and clear company details. Unsupported claims weaken trust.
3. Buying questions go unanswered
Explain service areas, process, price context and realistic timescales near the relevant service—not only in a general FAQ.
4. The next action asks for too much
Keep forms focused and explain when the visitor can expect a reply. Offer phone or WhatsApp where those channels can be answered reliably.
5. Mobile visitors struggle
Test on a real phone. Check text, navigation, tap targets, input keyboards, form errors and the success message.
6. The traffic has the wrong intent
More visits do not automatically mean more sales. Connect useful articles to relevant services and measure qualified actions by landing page.
7. Measurement is incomplete
Track form success, phone taps, WhatsApp taps and important payment clicks. Test every event yourself before relying on the report.
Use a simple improvement loop
Choose a page with meaningful visits but weak lead activity. Change one clear friction point, record the date and evaluate the result. For a prioritised second opinion, review the P11 Digital website audit.
