Cookie Policy
A clear, transparent explanation of every cookie we use — what it does, why it's set, and how you can control it.
Last updated: 8 May 2026 | Applies to: www.p11digital.co.uk and all subdomains operated by P-Eleven Ltd.
Section 01
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners.
Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services operating on that website ("third-party cookies"). Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (remaining on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
Similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy. On this website, we use localStorage to store your cookie consent choice so we do not ask you again on every visit.
Section 02
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies in four categories. The table below gives a summary of what requires your consent:

Section 03
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function correctly. Without them, services you have asked for (such as navigating the site or submitting a contact form) cannot be provided. They do not collect any information that could be used to identify or track you for marketing purposes.

Section 05
Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), operated by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. This helps us improve site content, user experience, and overall performance. GA4 collects data such as pages visited, time on site, traffic sources, and general geographic location (at city/country level).
These cookies are only set once you have consented to analytics via our cookie banner. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled and a data retention period of 26 months.

Section 06
Marketing Cookies (Google Ads)
We use Google Ads to promote our services. When you arrive at our website via a Google Ad, Google may set cookies to measure whether the ad led to a desired action (a "conversion"), such as submitting our contact form.
These cookies help us understand which ads are effective and how to allocate our advertising budget. They may also enable Google to show our ads to you on other websites (remarketing). These cookies are only set after your consent.

Google Ads cookies are set by Google Ireland Limited and/or Google LLC. They are governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Section 07
Third-Party Cookie Policies
Some of the cookies on our site are set by third parties over whom we have limited control. We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of these providers directly:
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from Google and other participating ad networks via Your Online Choices (EU/UK) or the Network Advertising Initiative.
Section 08
Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies in several ways:
1. Our Cookie Consent Tool
The most straightforward way to manage your preferences on our website is via our cookie consent banner, which appears on your first visit. You can also re-open the cookie settings panel at any time — see Withdrawing Consent below.
2. Browser Settings
All modern browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Note that blocking or deleting all cookies may affect the functionality of websites you visit. Here are direct links to cookie management instructions for popular browsers:
3. Google Analytics Opt-Out
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites (not just ours), you can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
4. Google Ads Controls
To opt out of personalised advertising from Google, visit Google Ads Settings. If you are not signed in to a Google account, you can opt out via the Your Online Choices tool.
Section 09
Withdrawing Consent
You have the right to withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
How to Withdraw or Change Your Consent
There are two ways to withdraw or update your cookie preferences on our website:
- Clear localStorage: Open your browser's developer tools, navigate to the Application tab, select Local Storage for our domain, and delete the
p11_cookie_consent and p11_consent_ts entries. The cookie consent banner will re-appear on your next page visit.
- Clear all cookies and site data: Use your browser's privacy settings to clear all data for our domain. This will reset all preferences.
When you withdraw analytics or marketing consent, our site will stop loading those cookies for your future visits. However, cookies already set by Google on your device may persist until they expire — you can delete these manually via your browser settings or the opt-out tools listed in Section 8.
Effect of Withdrawing Consent
Withdrawing consent for analytics or marketing cookies will not affect your ability to use any part of our website. These cookies are not required for the site to function. Only strictly necessary cookies will remain active.
Section 10
